 All rentals will take place using the boat ramp at the Lake Palestine Resort unless a prior special request has been made.  We have no affiliation with the Lake Palestine Resort. The option of delivery to a home on the lake is available upon request with advanced notice on a case-by-case basis.

In order to rent a jet ski, you must be 18 years of age with a valid Driver's License, and credit card. 

One driver and one passenger are allowed on the jet ski, not exceeding 450 lbs. 

If you were born after September 1, 1993, you must have a Texas Boater Safety card to operate a jet ski in Texas. This is a state law requiring anyone born after this date to complete a TPWD-certified boater education course.

If not completed prior to arrival, NO REFUND will be issued. 

We provide each customer with the proper life jackets that are Coast Guard Approved.

Yes. You are required to sign a damage liability waiver prior to arrival. This will be sent to the email on file after booking, and is filled out electronically. All riders including the driver and passenger must also sign a waiver on the day of the booking. This will be done with a member of our team prior to taking the jet ski.

No watersports are not offered and renters are not allowed to bring their own tubes. 

The jet ski will have a full tank of gas at the start of your reservation. The tank must be refilled before returning or pay a $25 refueling charge.

It is recommended that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your rental pick-up time. This allows us the time you'll need to get you checked in, give your orientation, and put on your life jacket before the rental begins.  Your pre-rental email will tell you more detailed information about when and where to meet. 

In order to get a 100% refund of your payment, the cancellation must be done at least seven days prior to your reservation date. If cancellation occurs between seven days & 48 hours of your reservation, a loss of 50% of your payment will be incurred. If done within 48 hours, only a credit will be granted. Day-of cancellations and any no-call/no-show guests will lose their entire payments.

Please note that we do not allow cancellations due to overcast weather or slightly unfavorable conditions.  In a scenario where the weather does not permit safe watercraft conditions, you will receive a 100% refund on your rental.  

We WILL NOT cancel outings due to "forecasted" rain or bad weather but will do so if it is actually raining at the lake at the time of the reserved outing. Then, and only then, will the option to reschedule/cancel be available.

No. Unfortunately, that's not how it works.  When you rent the Jet Ski, we'll put a credit card on file.  If damages occur, the person that rents the Jet Ski is liable, and the credit card will be charged for the damages. Our team will walk around the Jet Ski with you and take pictures during orientation so we are all aware of any existing scratches or damages.

Any damages resulting in lost time of regular business operations for the company will result in a $200 fee per day, in addition to the cost of the damages, until the Company is able to complete the needed repairs to get the PWC back in its proper operating state (Not Exceeding $4,000).
